Clinical Psychologist & EMDR Therapist

I became a clinical psychologist because I genuinely believe in people. It’s a deep privilege to witness the goodness that sits at the core of every person that meets with me, including those who might not yet see it within themselves.

For over seven years, I’ve worked alongside adolescents and adults in regional and rural NSW and QLD, often within communities that have had limited access to consistent, trauma informed mental health care. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it means to show up for people whose needs have not always been well supported by mainstream mental health systems.

As a second generation Australian with Filipino heritage, I understand what it means to walk between different worldviews. I'm passionate about supporting people whose sense of wellbeing doesn't always fit neatly into traditional models of therapy. This is part of what kapwa means to me in practice - that every part of a person belongs in the room. Their culture, their community, their spirituality, and the ways they make sense of the world are not separate from the therapeutic work. They are inside it.

My clinical approach draws on EMDR, trauma informed frameworks, and embodied and somatic practices. Alongside my clinical training, I am a longtime student of contemplative traditions and creative practices. These practices inform how I understand presence, attention, compassion, and expression within the therapy room.

How I work

Therapy with me is genuine, relational, unhurried, and honest.

Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether that means regular weekly work, extended sessions, or an intensive format over a few weeks.

My intention is for this space to feel like a sanctuary - somewhere you can arrive as you are, and feel held even when the work is hard.

I see my role as walking alongside you, and supporting you to reconnect with the answers that were already there.
